Nobody said it was ALL in place... the point made before was that they wouldn't be having to start this whole joint venture from scratch. And today's news is GOOD news because they have approval to proceed with building the processing facility far ahead of when they expected to get approval. I don't know how much it takes for you to consider news to be "good", but for me, I'll take any steps in the right direction as being good.
As was posted a short while ago.... by the time you get all the actual factuals that it sounds like you want, the rest of us will already have made our money on the stock.
I'm not waiting for any 'all-inclusive' good news. I have the facts that tell me of the great potential, and I see progress in the right direction. Every stock has some risk (duh!) and everyone has their own threshhold level for it, and their own goals.
I guess what chaps my hyde about your post is your apparent assumption that the rest of us are too stupid to think of such things without you pointing them out.

California.....

It is sad when some people prefer to look at the glass as half empty !

I prefer to look at the glass as half FULL !

The PR was NOT a disappointment. If you READ the PR it mentions Jamie's quoting that he always thought they would need ANOTHER processing plant !

Repeat.....ANOTHER processing plant !

To me this would seem to be POSITIVE news that COMIBOL and FMNJ would NEED another plant......isn't this GOOD news ?

More specifics are coming.

Many of you guys are acting like a 16 year old sitting in the back seat of their car and about to get laid for the first time !! Your TOO excited and impatient !

Relax......you guys are acting like virgins for crying out loud !

Ladies.....Janbana et al, please excuse my French ! These newbies get me going sometimes.

These PR's, although not as detailed as some would like, at least show that progress is being made.....and make NO DOUBT....progress is getting made, and, we are moving forward.

I would much rather be in THIS position, now, knowing that the specific details are still forthcoming, than re-experience the aftermath of May 1st. We are in a much better position now.

And everyday we get closer to our goal....to me that is not "fluff".....it is progress.

Much better than silence.

4 million shares trading today...chump change. Everyone waiting for the additional reports on the remaining veins. But like I said before, if they ( COMIBOL and FMNJ ) agree that they need to build ANOTHER precessing plant, then I would be so ignorant as to assume that the mining potential must be greater than they originally estimated.

We shall wait and see......the glass half FULL !! Go FMNJ.

It IS in place... Road, infrastructure, etc...and additional processing plant encumberances have been taken care of by the Big Brother Blovian govt...c'mon, now. Jaime and company have a cake-walk into this thing. Get real! They've (Spanish gov't financing the Armada, etc) been mining early on prior to for HOW MANY centuries...4 or 5? Sheesh...even if the little guys have to hand push the carts to the dump-trucks and processing plants, the werewithall is there. The indigenous people have been bringing ore to the surface for 400-500 years now...do you really think it's gonna be that more tough w/ some extra United States know-how technology??? Uh, I think my money is on FMNJ...NUFF SAID!

a little clearer perspective please... the processing facilites will be built as contracted and paid for by Bolivia,

surely Shaw Group knows how to build a facility that ensures reasonable profit for them & FMNJ in the process, and Jaime is smart enough not to agree to sell matchsticks on the corner in order to pay for infrastructure all by himself LOL
