I have sent tons of emails as well with no luck.
I guess they only respond when things are going their
way. I may even call tonight just to see if anyone
is still answering the phones.

hi there. i'm sorry to tell you, that you will never get any reply from fogi! their management is under investigation, marc is in jail (an not only for not paying taxes), they loosing their vessel and and and .....
hope you did not invest in them
