First things first, we know very little about HIRU and what biz it's in. What does HIRU do, what assets does it have, what does it's child company do (if any), what happened to the Chinese co it was once part of it, where's the follow up news to all mumbo-jumbo efforts the Chinese co was making into whatever areas...
I don't expect an answer to any of those points. Looks to me like the Chinese company silently parted ways with HIRU and MMG is now purportedly passing HIRU on to some mysterious 3rd parties while retaining portion of common stock for themselves.
I could be wrong but the 3rd party could as well turn out to be the same wolf in sheep clothing.
A for the stock, it pretty much hit the bottom which is good given all the news MMG was pushing through their pipeline. If they really have something in store for the investors, this could be a perfect level for a bounce play. Other than that we're shooting in the dark. That I'm familiar with, too.
