Not a good time to buy this company. WTI prices are down. Take a look at charts. See how share price has dropped in last eight weeks. Demand for crude is down. WTI heading lower this year. Several hundred million barrels of crude oil in storage in IOWA. Running out of storage capacity.
The need for diesel fuel is dropping dramatically in USA. Fedex, UPS. Waste Management fleets etc., are converting hundreds of thousands of trucks in last three years to natural gas. Home heating oil usage is going by the wayside in the northeast. Customers are converting to propane or natural gas.
Automotive oil changes are no longer 3000 miles, but 7000 or more.
Look at all the Prius's and other electric cars hitting the market.
USA IS FLOODED WITH CRUDE OIL.
MIDSTATES PETROLEUM WILL BE LUCKY THEY CAN PAY THE BILLS. LOOK for more warrants and notes coming down the pipeline.
