Escrow Share Tracking Markers change to LTIs when known money will flow to equity and LTIs will stay as long as money flows and this could be years depending on issues.
So if the time goes past WMILT duration, then there is another legal mechanism that will and can take the place of LTIs that I will not go into at this time.
This because the time is not right for that. When one does legal research, with sector specialized subject experts that have been consulted from time to time, it is quite amazing what one can learn but as in anything sometimes this takes time and money.
