rule of thumb's assumption only
if there is 4 bils coming back then P and K will get PAR meaning no money for Q
if there is 10 bils Pand K will get their first 4 bils the rest will go to Q.. I am not taking about interests. it is up to those in mediation i think.

P and K will always get PAR if any amount greater than 4 bils.

No. The number of Q escrows is much much larger than the number of Pref escrows. So the 75% is distributed among a far smaller group of holders.
