The speculation that no matter how much accumulation of this stock, it's trading sideways. Insiders don't want this to fall below 01 as they are highly vested, but at the same time, the group holding 0025 shares, this is a great time tho unload, but do it so that longs keep it above 01. Makes perfect sense to me.
