I agree with most of that RD...you know...it may sound silly but if more shares for funding are necessary for company strength then I would like nothing more than to see it happen quickly and into some high volume MOMO/daytrader runs.Get it on and get em gone(LOL).Slowly selling into low volume just causes much bigger problems with PPS than the share count itself.I occasionaly run across a stock that has this type financing just retired and if its a good company they jump then start uptrending.The hard part is to find a good company on the OTC but IMO this is one or I would not be in it...most of my plays BTW a lot of people are not real interested in because you gotta put out a lot more bucks on them to have significant leverage.GZ IMO has a strong future so I am in for a long haul tho I want cheaper shares if I can get em(LOL)
