100000% agreed.... at a basic minimum, every time this happens, paying customers' monthly invoice should be pro-rated for the time the system was down. I do believe we are in the second decade of the 21st century; it's high-time the infrastructure here is upgraded -- not to mention that L2 is FREE service through several other websites.
iHub has had similar issues in the past.. apologies have been weak at best especially with the rest of the BS that PAYING customers have to put up with surrounding very grey area TOS violations THAT 100% Appear to benefit one group over another!
Considering the amount of traders that use iHub L2 *At a Premium Price* it has actually hindered the trading vol in the market as a whole also... ALSO quite possibly and very likely having lost people countless amounts of Money being blind to the trading activity in stocks they are in!!!!!!!!
MAYBE FOR ONCE THEY SHOULD GIVE EVERYONE A FREE MONTHS SERVICE FOR THE MANY TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED WITHOUT COMPENSATION!?!?!?!?!? OR WILL THEY CONTINUE TO BE THE SAME CAPITALISTS THAT SEEMINGLY CONTINUE TO WORK AGAINST The majority of its membership on many levels!

sadly you are so very correct...they seem to not to mind taking our money...even for services that they can not provide (as these outages happens far to frequently)...it's about time that ADVFN compensate premium members for the premium prices that we pay...for mediocre service that they provide.
