always wonder when a valid argument is made why that person is always labeled a basher. To me, that makes the person (who claims bashing) a pumper.

Great post Wishmd, I would add that if this were a scam how are the players benefiting? I dont see a pump and dump, and if it were a scam they would have stayed with the buyout angle instead of the merger. In addition, LuKoil is on the pinks and there is approximately the same amount (or lack) of information. Other notable oil companies such as Daylight Energy are also on the pinks (as well as Frankfurt). While anything is certainly possible, I dont see this as a scam.
