A weak PR? Welcome to LVWD. This is the same company that last September, put out a press release announcing not a new customer, a new contract or a new product...but that the CEO had written a book. Woohoo!
I believe they've had this PR firm for awhile? And I agree they need to go. A company that's supposedly on the cutting edge of social media should know how to write a slick PR. Or at least know how to find someone who can.
