Hey buddy, Thanks for the input......if you have funds, one worry is that news will come out and the price than goes up, up and away. Also, the sellers can dry up at any time. Finding this play late in December, I'm down but have been lowering cost as we drop. (really aren't supposed to add when down) Won't add anymore, Fletch
