The guy was I was talking to was actually the MANAGER! Spent the first 5 or 10 minutes trying to explain that I wasn't looking for a refund, but an exchange. The bit that broke was the one that I REALLY NEEDED, and needed it as soon as possible! I told him that I work in a manufacturing plant and had a machine sitting idle because I needed this one bit to back out some screws to replace a part. But he just kept hemming and hawing, making phone calls, etc. The most ridiculous part of it was that the set of bits only cost $12.99, it's not like I was trying to exchange a $3000 lawn tractor!
