Leo has made it clear that an R/S isn't an option. The last time he said so was in San Francisco.
In Reply to 'Ebuilder' I've been watchng another stock where the company announced a r/s as part of their uplisting plan. They're setting a $10 price target with the belief the stock will become eligable and more attractive to large institutional buyers. With all the calls for Leo to uplist ASAP, I wonder how CTIX investors would feel about a similar strategy? I personally don't like companies pulling a r/s in order to uplist. Is a r/s an option on the table for CTIX? I ask you because you always provide a curtious reply and seem to understand this company better than many.
