You're right, but like BK is always saying "we signed releases". Well, they didn't, so do you suppose they're good with knowingly setting themselves up for a guaranteed loss? I kinda doubt it. It's more likely that a good portion of that 40% knows what happened and feel that the mediated deal just didn't cut it. I'm not really sure how the statute of limitations may affect any suit, given there hasn't been any proven fraud. I'm sure someone on here will know though. jmo
