lmao yes it does - its been a long time since I have been hooked but I have come very close with some big hooks in large catfish -I have some #9 #10 hooks that you can pull a boat with. That guy in the video was a lot tuffer than I am - it was hard to watch it all the way through, actually I had a break on it. I saw another one that touted professional angler removes hook from lip but I had to pass on it. I received 6 stitches(3 inside3 outside) in my lip form my twin brother hitting me with a drum stick when I was a teenager - the lip is no place for injuries -trust me on that.
