IGRW is cleaning house at these levels after bottoming in the trips for almost a full month. I believe those flippers are just about cleared out now especially since we are consolidating above the 50MA for several days.
The technical traders will help propel us into the .002's by EOW in my thinking. We are coiling up for the move!
