The guy who ran it knew full well exactly what you said. He was trained as a chef, and he said cooking the JCCI was like making a great prime rib. The meat (Cramer) is the main ingredient, but you have to add a dash of this, a dollop of that, a smidgen of something else, etc. Then you have to know how long to cook it and at what temperature.
