That's why I ask abe....I don't know but no one will answer me...except you. The clinical data across the board from the "PAC-MAN" macrophage to the "MDSCs" all point to an immuno effect...all the way back to Dr. Thorpes'(RIP) presentations in early 2000. I never heard of the "other" immunotherapies in 2004 but i knew about Bavituximab....
Maybe I just wasn't looking but for "THEM" to call Bavituximab a johnny come lately is purely false....PPHM has learned more about Bavis MOA but NOTHING has change to the molecule. PERIOD.
