Berman mentioned the term "modest" settlement offer that came from JnJ, but he never mentioned that amount.

Why is Berman so silent about this?

DECN is very quick to issue bizarre PR's about David and Goliath.

IMHO, the settlement offer was no more than $1 million. I mean the market value of DECN is only about $7 or $8 million.

This DECN one trick pony loves to name drop (JnJ, David/Goliath, Wal-Mart).

Big hat, no cattle.

Terrible share price.

A boatload of missing SEC filings.

Stop sign warning about DECN on the OTCMarket website.

Bad deal.

Let's also try not to forget that Walmart approached DECN not the other way around. If terms were not favorable it would be safe to assume that Mr. Berman is savvy enough to say no thank you. Accu-check which was sold to Roche and now having defeated JNJ 3 times in court should be worth a lot more confidence here.
