A successful franchise concept is built and performs before it is sold to shareholders.

Here, stuckholders are paying for JB's sandbox to come up with a concept and hope that it is successful.

Franchises are based on PROVEN concepts.

The only thing proven about Famous Eddies is that it was sent to the dumpster by BOTH SEARS and KMART.

Location, location, location... need to have the right locations. repeatable and new business, regulars, transients, etc. Most franchises have rules about locations, as do the communities they seek to locate into. This is an important component and would be nice to see some feedback from JB on these matters. JMO. $EEDG
