I own the A940 (essentially the same device as the 920 with a couple of additional features) and while it IS a nice little internet device, I am not happy with the GPS features. Like I said, they are not entirely reliable and are very limited in their capabilities.
The other major drawback is the fact that a cell phone can simply be turned off, thus making it impossible to track, only for the user to later claim that the battery went dead (As a 920 user, you know that if use any of the non-phone features consistently, you kill your battery in a hurry). Not good if you are trying to track a work-force.
