Sorry to disappoint...I dumped the vast portion of my shares (bought between .0068 and .0170) between .067 - .058 (approx 23M)...I and several others were swing trading this stock for a period and we took a loss when we sold on a couple million shares that would follow.
Further we did not immediately sell following the initial contacts in light of my legal background and hence made the appropriate, immediate notifications and conveyance of the aforementioned information. This, coupled with my (and others) willingness to work with various legal authorities to bring what is unfolding to the point where it is today established clear innocence and distance to any future (including your misguided assumptions) innuendos and accusations . The period of time agreed upon before dumping the shares was adhered to despite the offers made by various FLPC members.
That said it never fails that when someone endeavors to speak out , you immediately turn it, even when prevailing conditions speak to a real problem. You can't even begin to grasp beyond the sales pitch of a BOD-CEO that has repeatedly falsified information, ducked into the shadows, turned off his PR microphone the why's of these actions. Yet, you are so quick to assail me and in the process assert wrong doing on my part.
For the record, If I was guilty of anything my less an accomplice to the actions of these crooks I would not lay it out there for the noose to be easily put around my own neck. That said, why hasn't FLPC shouted out to their valued shareholders via their transparent Pathways what the hell is going on? I suspect you didn't get out and hence forth have taken quite a bath on this crap...For that I am sincerely sorry and no you will not need to thank me or those who silently are pursuing legal recourse against Don and FLPC to stop him from perpetuating yet another scam...GLTY
