any comment on the jump in the '21 MIR bond?

Not really. It didn't jump that much. Probably just a reaction to some favorable articles about the effect of high NG prices on electricity producers with new NG plants and coal plants. Sold my '21 MIR bonds yesterday, by the way, kept my '31 bonds, further reducing my exposure to MIR.
