Anything confirming NWGC has 82% of AGCZ currently? I know Talbot said 82% on the conference call, but the Q3 fins of a few weeks later showed only 47% ownership of AGCZ reported.
All this DD is great for proving Compania Minera's worth and AGCZ's ownership of it, but in all honesty I don't see anything about NWGC in addition to that. This whole board talks about buying the parent of a sub when the ownership % isn't clear. Meanwhile someone has gone to a lot of trouble to keep the sub that owns 100% of the asset producing mine quiet, keep the price low, an few buying.
Always intrigued me. Waiting for NWGC to ever clarify in a PR that what thy are PR'ing is their own and not just parroting AGCZ's profits, mines, milling, concessions, proven reserves, etc.
Because that's all AGCZ, same as this DD
