So yes he needs to be concerned about serving shareholders
as well as customers
because without us, there would be no customers.

So far, all I see is someone willing to put his A$$ on the line, and a financial backer for his idea. Service, as has been reported, is getting better. Its a real company.
IMHO, those who want the quick buck, have adgenda's to obtain them. Those that sold in the 007's today fell into the trap.
Of course, i'm not very smart, so disregard all that I say.
