I think the only issue would be the independent directors. I forgot about the other update. Thanks. Would like to see his list for the full board. Not that I'm getting antsy. :-)

Boo, in Leo's latest shareholder's update on website. he mentions the names of the prospective Director's will be submitted to NASDAQ for their vetting process, etc. etc.

But like I said, Shapiro and Sonis, to me, would be outstanding, but neither will probably happen. Leo may have even better candidates.

As long as we have Leo and Menon, that's what really ultimately matters.

You could put me on the board and the stock will still be a huge winner, in the short and long term.
