I think they know exactly what the opening is but if they walk through that door, two other doors they need wide open close in a hurry: Hispanic voters and businesses depending on cheap labor. Why are mexicans pouring across the border by the thousands each day? Because they know there's work and paychecks on our side. Ever hear Bush suggest we impose a $50,000 fine and make it a felony to hire an illegal alien? I know I haven't but I'll bet the inflow would be cut in half overnight if he did.
