I think you might be correct, I've asked the company to tell investors on twitter twice yesterday that they don't plan to do a RS as they stated several times before, and to lay out the plan for the share by back, but they ignored me. I was blocked from twitter about 6 months ago. So they might still be holding a grudge against me, but either way, the question is still out there unanswered.
