<"The S&P 500 is now at our year-end target and is about 20 percent overvalued according to our
valuation model," Galbraith said.> that the problem "according to their valuation model.
I think we likely have about 7 models:)
Well is the market overvalued by 50% or 20% or undervalued by 10% or whatever gets lost in the fog of twilight zone metrics.
"Well how long is that tree branch" "well by my model it is 30 feet" "Wait a minute i just measured it with a ruler and it is ten feet" "No ,you see, you made the common mistake, you see you haven't factored in that the grass is growing slower this year, so relative to the slow down rate of the growth of grass that makes the tree branch 20feet" "Well what about the other 10 feet" "We predict sunny skies with just the exactly correct amount of rain so the branch will grow 10 feet in the next 12months, so it i obviously NOT 10 feet long but is 30 feet long".
"O,now i see, how utterly naive of me to think that it is 10feet, it is obviously 30 feet long".
BTW the fellow that has just seen the light also owns the Brooklyn Bridge, he has bought it several times.:) Godfrey.
