I dont know. I dont know what it could be worth fundamentally and I dont care too much about crunching the numbers. I cant see much of a premium being paid though, with crude so low and volatile. This is probably one of those rumour mill items that may not come to fruition for a good while. I am not much for trading fundamentals or speculation. I trade charts. I am out for now. Got close enough to my planned exit at 39 that I pulled the trigger. May pick her back up if it gets to a bottom again, but I wont chase. For now, I am done with it, especially and/or even if it goes higher. Risk/reward IMO is skewed toward the risk side. Too many opportunities in the market from day to day to keep chasing this one. It will stay on my tradar for awhile, while I get in tune with the waves. Not saying it isnt going higher, just that I made good profit, and I aint gonna give it to Uncle Sam on a wash. Good luck, I hope you get a ton for your shares. On a positive note, the summer should bring profits to crude owners. :-)
