regardless one rule of thumb i never lose sight of
is colluding entities can *outlast* >> most retail investors
when it comes to OTC stocks which is where P2O currently resides

this is why (once i *understood* what was being done) i never fight
their efforts with PTOI >> rather >> buy off of their efforts
provided my caveats continue to be met

it is also why my CB (cost basis) for PTOI is sub 20c

works for me and my risk tolerance specific to P2O/PTOI

curious to see if there is an 8k or PR out b4 EOM's 2014 K is filed

RH's reiteration of a known event previously noted (ACC Executive Summary)
is imo out of character .. coupled with 2 other (in public domain) events
also sourced in the same time frame as that last PR .. leads me to believe
we do see *news*
