Anyone here spoken with Dan to hear his evaluation of the merits of the suit?
I wonder WHO filed the complaint?
How many participants in the plan?
What % of the plan is owned by the complainer?
Dan did have discretionary authority. Wonder if maybe he had checked with each participant in the plan and had the green light to buy SRSR even though putting basically 100% of a plan's assets in one high risk company?
I guess all this drama answers the question as to whether SRSR has a bright future after the spinout. It must if our president is to get his private troubles settled and move on.
I don't blame the people who put up the lawsuit. Years of abyss failure by SRSR to do anything regarding shareholder value can have an effect of people. I remember when .02 was the absolute bottom that the pps could go. Now it is a ribbon that cannot be broken in an upward trend. It's been basically sub .02 for a year and a half.
