Of course it's the case. Do you really think that the fact that your broker's outstanding share number is exactly the same as that which was reported by the company itself 15 years ago and has been provided by Quotemedia to its clients (which I strongly suspect includes your broker), is simply a coincidence?
Do you think that it is honest and appropriate to highlight the following statement in a Sticky, where it is one of the first things that a newcomer to the board sees?

"A recent decrease in Outstanding Shares."

In case you missed it, here's the case that was made for the idea that there has been "A recent decrease in Outstanding Shares" and that there are now 31,774,600 shares outstanding being purely fictional:

If the company had actually retired 30,000,000 shares do you think that they would simply neglect to mention it? How absurd.
