MSU...You're absolutely right...I wasn't thinking of a reverse split at the current share price.
I was asking if the folks on this message board think that this might be the company plan similar to SLTD...
Meaning IF the company (WEST), can get it's stock price up to .17
(which is where SLTD was at or about, when it did a 1 for 26 reverse split)
- then do a R/S
Example: 279 million shares outstanding stock price .17c.
Perform a r/s of 1 for 27 which would give us approx. 10,333,333 shares
with a price of $4.60 a share....
We would then be within striking distance of $5.00/share to get relisted....
The kicker is, can the company do anything to get its share price to .17 in the near term future?
I don't belong to Facebook...is there any (+) news over there?
