The beauty of it is that it's causing a shortage in unskilled labor which forces Walmart and their ilk to increase starting wages above minimum to retain or hire workers. When labor has choices management must adapt, that's good for everybody.

Wages last month went up $.03 which is not much but average wages were over $24 per hour.

Plus in 2014 every state lowered their unemployment rate and that hasn't happened since 1984.
