Well, see when a "company" works outside the U.S. it's considered, "international" this "international" would connotate business that would open us to go to an "International Exchange"

Since RCCH is Active in Barbados (that is in the Caribbean btw)
and Hong Kong (that is in Asia btw)
and China -Beijing and other provinces )
and Europe
and S.America
That would be a total of 5 Continents btw)

So yes, RCC Holdings Inc, er, Corp, sorry

Can go International - as I said, I'd go HK (Hong Kong) as they have tight rules against Nss


I'd say the NSS is 8.5 Billion
