I have reviewed the annual reports and see no mention of you ever being listed as a director since VGE was formed. Can you provide a link that shows your statement to be true? Here are all annual reports filed by VGE with the SEC. You have never been listed as a Director. I don't even see an 8K that lists your appointment and/or resignation.
