By the court allowing a "carte blanche" demand for email, this would give them full access just to see if there is anything even remotely related that they could use against FUND to get a reduced award in the settlement. If there were emails that disputed facts of the case then there would be 2 copies, the sender and the receiver and since they have no idea what they are even looking for this borders on absurd.
