I agree that hoping for an Abbvie buyout is useless at this point. On the other hand, their current tax situation (40%) will sap any investor enthusiasm until they deploy their assets for the future.
I'm a firm believer that their cash or income will only provide limited upside and it's their labs that'll drive this higher without any outside interest.
