It specifically states on the Form that it WAS Gene who caused the form to be filed. (See page two of the form.)

He showed up for the easy stuff. $10 and a 15 minutes to fill out the form form for SOS report. $99 for registered agent. But when it comes to the important things AWOL. Just ask SEC and FBI. No response when sought via normal business contact process. I'd call that AWOL.

Gene is and has been AWOL when it comes to us longs finding him. He has failed totally in giving his shareholders and current information.
