So, A/S filed a motion to compel. They are looking and desperately doing this as a last resort. Basically they're trying to find a spoilage of evidence in the Webster emails. Essentially there hoping something was intentionally deleted that might help them in this case which we know won't help. It's just a crazy attempt to delay this and cause as much chaos as possible. The next step is that Fund will reply to this motion to compel IMO ASAP without delay so that if A/S is denied this motion to compel the next step is for the summary judgement date and hearing. I believe the judge will want to make sure that the summary judgement happens before he retires by the end of April. I'm still sticking to the end of April at the latest as to when this summary judgement will take place.
