Unqt... the reason for the Sec audit is for the merger that is coming in which the Sec audit was a prerequisite before the merger could be finalized. This week confirms that all fees have been paid for the Audit and should be finalized shortly. All ppl have to do is follow the dots. Is it any surprise just the difference of this MB as of this papast week or so? I think not. ITS COMING SO BE READY.

Completion of the audit means a lot here. Draws a new line in the sand. From the date of completion, this CEO really takes the helm. Any doubt that would remain will rest on his actions, NOT the track record of the past.

In this case it WILL have an impact on the pps. Alone, sure not substantial. But from what we are hearing from the CEO, once completed, other ventures will fall into place rather rapidly. Should that happen, what little impact the audit completion should have on the pps will be combined with expectations of some pretty dramatic actions to follow.

So, the actual impact of the audit on the pps will be overshadowed by outright excitement of upcoming, imminent, prospects. No way to JUST talk about the audit but to also include what is to follow...the pps will rise indistinguishable of its stimuli. Be prepared for some SIGNIFICANT rise in pps!

The point of "Diluting" is to raise operating capital.
Well, "Supposedly" -wink!

But -IF- (Yep!- the Big IF), UNQT begins generating revenues, then dilutions becomes less required and often results in an overall increase in market value for themselves and their shareholders.
