Or if he'd stated his assumptions ala...

Assuming 1) that it took 2 years to convert those 30 bil shares to O/S, 2) that GZFX had 100,000 subs by then, steady sub and revenue growth, 3) had been profitable for 4 consecutive quarters, and 4) had a visible nationwide advertising campaign in place... how much do you think GZFX would be worth with 30 bil O/S?

Im using a number like that because the current os is 4 bil plus the as is 25 bil. Thats where i came up with that number. Im just stating that because in reality thats what the market is thinking. There is no clarification of the 25 bil as. We need that from the ceo and we have not received it yet. So if you want to go around and think this is not a issue for this company then go ahead and do that.

IMO, the only reasons i can see for having a 25/bil a/s is for defensive measures, such as:

- a way to prevent a hostile takeover.

- a way to keep the pps down so a possible share buy-back plan could be implemented once business revenue picks up.

- or just because JF is a masochist, and loves to see his loyal followers squirm like the parasites he sees them as.
