I beleieve the CEO wanted to give himself some leeway, and perhaps chose a number that was almost absurd, assuming the market would realize that they just didn't want to do a new filing each time they needed money. The flaw in this (quasi-naive) assumption is that this is the OTCBB, where scams and schemes abound. Why would the market assume GZFX would do anything else but convert the A/S to O/S, and make management more money? It wouldn't, so here we are. I sincerely doubt the 25 billion will ever become the O/S, and I believe JF is sincere in his intentions to build this company. But since it doesn't happen on traders' schedules, and that huuuuge number is out there, looming in uncertainty, we founder at these levels. A statement about management's intention with the 25 billion would be most helpful about now!
