I can't prove they are, and no one can prove they are not, it's as simple as that.
If audited financials were that important to me, or anyone else, why would I buy an unaudited pink in the first place ? At what valuation would anyone use to decide what price to pay for the stock ?
No, if audits were SO important they would have been just as important BEFORE the stock was bought.
imo the co financials when finally are posted on Edgar the co will be profitable, as shown in the OTC filings.
