The way I see it Sooah it's a matter of percentages.. adding 400M to Sam's
kitty would not get him much additional monies if the HempTech Divi's were given based on O/S (Which we suspect is true), Sam Diluting himself as a major shareholder here would only affect OUR Percentage of the deal, assuming we as shareholders own 100M shares of the OS or roughly 1/4. If Sam added to his kitty and made his total 760M, we would get Divi'd at 1/8.. Sam would stand to gain some here I guess, but WE would be the biggest losers in that deal IMO. Not to mention our holdings in the FWDG
would be cut by a 50% due to the raise in OS.
That's the way I look at it.. I could be thinking wrong..
