There ya have it. An apple to apple. At least to me it makes more sense for a comparison. Enron is way overused for examples that don't corrolate. I think many people forget what that was all about.
Well, 2cents, you posted as I was writing but you gave a perfect example of what I was trying to say. You can use that prosecution to compare GTE's misleading or absolutely false information with what Lay/Schilling or WCOM's Bernie did.
The price at which they are manipulating is irrelevant. Crooked or incompetent management exists at all levels.
