the remainder gets put (in block sizes determined by Bluefire) at a discount of 20% below the lowest closing bid price of the 5 days following the put notice to Kodiac

So as Kodiac dumps and vaporizes the bid, they get the next lot even cheaper. In fact, Bluefire may need to file a new S-1 if they need to exceed the 50M shares to get the level of funding for payroll that they initially targeted.
