I don't think it was intentional. If mCig planned VTCQ to exist on the greys, that would be a bad sign. GREY is the lowest level, even lower than PINKS. VTCQ will move its way towards sub penny if it does not move up to at least the PINKS soon, IMHO. Even at .01 the market value would still be 5 million bucks. They had almost a year to do some planning on getting it to the OTCQB (their stated intention). Maybe poor planning?

I am surprised that they haven't been able to get off the GREYS in a timely matter. To me, this is more like a "wait and see period" until they get out of the cellar.
